Our mission
At 5Styl, we believe that sport has the power to break down barriers – whether they are age-related, cultural, or social. Our club is much more than just physical activity; it is a natural space for meeting, shared effort, and genuine connection. In a world full of haste and technology, we create a place where closeness, movement, and relationships matter. Our mission is to build a sports community that promotes health, provides energy, and supports a conscious lifestyle. We bring people together through sport, but what lasts is the sense of belonging.
You will never swim alone
OLYMPIANS WITH A MISSION
The 5Styl Group Association was founded by Olympians Marcin Cieślak and Paweł Korzeniowski, people who have dedicated their entire lives to swimming. Today, we pass on our knowledge, experience, and energy to others – supporting children, young athletes, and adults. We want sport to be more than just physical activity. We believe that sport can be a lifestyle, one that builds character, promotes health, and brings people together – for the long term, not just during training.
OUR DAILY ACTIVITIES:
- We teach children and adults how to swim
- We organize sports camps in Poland and abroad – for both amateurs and advanced athletes
- We work with talented youth and support their athletic development
- We create unique events: meet-and-greets with masters, workshops, and panels featuring the world's top swimmers
- We organize classes and courses designed specifically for women
- Together with the Ministry of Sport, we carry out projects promoting physical activity among children and families.
OVER 10,000 SPORTS STORIES
To date, we have taught over 1,650 children and 1,300 adults how to swim. An active community has formed around our activities—over 1,000 people who meet for training and competitions, supporting each other both in and out of the water. We have created the largest swimming club for girls in Poland and have worked with over 2,200 young athletes, helping them develop in the sport. We have organized dozens of camps in Poland and abroad, involving many Olympians from Poland and around the world. Through projects carried out in partnership with the Ministry of Sport, we have already reached over 5,200 children across the country.
Meeting with legend Ryan Lochte
SWIM THE DISTANCE. SHAPE THE FUTURE—an event that brought together over 300 children and adults with four Olympians in one pool. We created a space where participants could meet Ryan Lochte—a 13-time Olympic medalist and world record holder—as well as Polish Olympians Paweł Korzeniowski, Marcin Cieślak, and Kacper Stokowski, to hear their stories, ask questions, and stand side-by-side with them in the water.
Workshop with Olympic medalist Olivia Smoliga
A unique meeting with Olivia Smoliga, a world champion and Olympian, which brought together hundreds of young athletes and adults. This time, we dove not only into the water but also into the topic of mental health—resilience, pressure, and building inner strength. Olivia shared her journey—not just the path to the podium, but also the more difficult moments of her career. It was a workshop full of honesty, support, and practical advice, showing that true mastery begins in the mind.
SHARK GIRLS
This is no ordinary swimming course. SHARK GIRLS is a project created for women who want to overcome their fear of water, feel more confident in their bodies, and find joy in movement. In an atmosphere of support, understanding, and sisterhood, every participant has the space to start at her own pace—without pressure, but with a sense of security.
This is where sport becomes a tool for building self-confidence, agency, and relationships. Each year, over 200 girls and women join the program, creating a community where empowering one another is just as important as learning to swim.
100X100 CHALLENGE
Every year, we organize a unique challenge that has become one of our most recognizable events. 100×100 is 10 kilometers in the water—but it’s really about much more than that. It’s a shared experience that brings together children, adults, families, and sports enthusiasts in one rhythm, in one pool, with one intention. It’s not just a test of endurance, but a moment of sports integration and solidarity. During the event, we raise funds to sponsor the participation of children from disadvantaged backgrounds in 5Styl camps.
5STYL X MSIT
Together with the Ministry of Sport, we carry out nationwide projects aimed at promoting swimming among children and families. Thousands of youngsters get the chance to dive into the pool for the first time—often in the company of champions.
We have organized inspiring events at swimming pools across Poland, creating experiences that combine education and fun. We also created a series of professional swimming video lessons for children, parents, and instructors, which were made available for free nationwide—in schools, homes, and clubs. We leveraged our sports experience, personal brands, and partner networks to bring major companies on board to invest in real change.
5STYL PRO
PRO CAMPS are where young swimmers meet those who have stood on the Olympic starting block. With video analysis, precise technique breakdowns, and workshops led by top athletes and coaches, every detail counts. Generations meet in the same lane—those who have dreams and those who have already achieved them. Knowledge, mindset, inspiration—everything is designed to ensure the young athlete leaves the water stronger, not just physically, but mentally.
Each year, we share our expertise with over 300 children and actively engage in their development—not just as swimmers, but as conscious, well-rounded young people.
COMMUNITY
SHARKS is a vibrant sports community—over 1,000 people connected by more than just a passion for swimming. It’s an energy that extends far beyond the pool. We train together, compete in races, run, cycle, and celebrate every opportunity to be together. It’s not just about the results; it’s about the relationships formed through shared effort. It’s about the people who motivate you when you would have otherwise given up. It’s about those moments when you feel you are part of something bigger.
