The swimming camp organized by 5Styl in Tenerife, led by Olympians Paweł Korzeniowski and Marcin Cieślak, significantly improved my swimming technique. Two training sessions a day in pools with perfect water temperature, along with mobility sessions with Kasia Wolska, increased my mobility and improved my physical fitness. The 5Styl coaches, being true professionals, know what sharks like best, so training at sunrise or sunset under the Canary sun was not at all rare for us. Regardless of skill level, Paweł and Marcin always adapted the exercises to our abilities. Big kudos to Coach Kasia, who made sure to properly warm us up and stretch us out after every training session.

A swimming camp with 5Styl was a dream come true for me. Everything was delightful, and nothing disappointed. Even though I had many concerns about whether I would be able to keep up with the 5Styl "peloton," I was more of a 5Styl swimming whale, but the team taught us brilliantly. I kept up. And the people welcomed us, the Cracovians, with our whole package of jokes, laughter, and competition. A great team! It is a huge privilege to learn from Paweł, Marcin, and, of course, Kasia.
